Our process starts with a comprehensive health history and a review of medical records.  Once completed, Dr. Kelley Mulhern creates a care plan customized to your unique situation.  This care plan contains a summary of your health concerns to date, medications, surgeries, family history, your health goals, and recommedations for testing and/or treatment.  This document maps out a "game plan" for the next 6-12 months, and is provided to you in writing!
